Description
WINEMAKING
The grapes were harvested on 4 November 2019 from a carefully selected plot of Boal (Sémillon). The fruit was transported in 20 kg food-grade plastic crates and underwent a rigorous sorting process upon arrival at the winery.
The grapes were then gently pressed, and the must was transferred to a stainless-steel tank, where it was maintained at 8°C for 48 hours to allow natural clarification through settling. Following decantation, the must was transferred to previously used French oak barrels, where it fermented at a controlled temperature of 12°C over a period of 90 days.
TASTING NOTES
Golden yellow in colour, this wine displays a complex bouquet with aromas of citrus fruits, apricot, raisins and honey.
Beautifully balanced between sweetness and acidity, it is the perfect choice for special occasions or when paired with desserts. A seductive wine with a fresh finish and a long, pleasant persistence.
